Specimens of birds can be borrowed by schools via the Queensland Museum Network Loans program - QM Loans.

These booklets contain beautiful colour photos of many local birds as well as suggested activities related to achieving outcomes in the Australian Curriculum, especially Science.  Available free of charge to schools for educational purposes, postage being the only cost. They are available via BirdLife Southern Queensland.
