All images, video and text used on Our Local Birds remain the copyright of the owner.

Our Local Birds uses Creative Commons licences for all original video, image, audio and text content created and contributed by members of Birdlife Southern Queenland [BSQ] and Birds Queensland [BQ], unless otherwise stated.

Where images, video and audio have not been created by members of BSQ and BQ, copyright remains with the original creators as credited and is used here in accordance with the Creative Commons licence relevant to each content item, or with direct permission or licence from the original creator.
If you are a copyright owner (which can be an exclusive licensee), or their agent, and if you believe that a work available on Our Local Birds infringes copyright or is a breach of an agreed licence or contract, you can notify us in writing.
Your notification must include:
